Two Men with the Blues is a live album by Willie Nelson and Wynton Marsalis. It was released on July 8, 2008 by Blue Note and sold 22,000 copies in it first week of release. It was recorded on January 12–13, 2007, at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City. Wynton Marsalis – trumpet and vocals. Willie Nelson – vocals and guitar. Walter Blanding – saxophone. Mickey Raphael – harmonica. Carlos Henriquez – bass.

Willie Love Jr November 4 1906 August 19 1953 was an American Delta blues pianist He is best known for his association with and accompaniment of Sonny. His backing band was known as the Three Aces. A studio session in December 1951 had Love backed by Little Milton (guitar), . Green (fiddle), and Junior Blackman (drums). In his teenage years, Eddie Shaw played tenor saxophone with both Milton and Love. Under his own name, Love did not return to the studio until March 1953, when he cut "Worried Blues" and "Lonesome World Blues. All of Love's own recordings appeared on the compilation album Greenville Smokin', issued in 2000. After suffering the effects of years of heavy drinking, Love died of bronchopneumonia, in August 1953, at the age of 46. He was interred at the Elmwood Cemetery in Jackson, Mississippi. Great compilation from Jackson, Mississippi's Trumpet Records. Features early 50s sides by Big Joe Williams, wonderful acoustic duets by The Huff Brothers and the last recordings of original King Biscuit Boy Willie Love. A wonderful document. Willie Love was a wonderful barrelhouse pianist and singer, whose best recordings are (in my opinion) found on the album "Clownin' With the Blues" which also features Sonnyboy Williamson (Alec Miller). But that doesn't mean the recordings on this album are bad. Noone could stomp out a boogie and shout slurred lyrics like Willie Love. He is backed up by a stellar electric band (Little Milton and Elmore James are in there).
