Released August 28, 2001. Choices: The Album Tracklist. Hypnotize Minds in conjunction with Loud Records and Relativity Records released the film Choices starring Hypnotize Minds (sans Gangsta Boo who left around that time over financial disputes). Set in Memphis, Tennessee, the 90 min. film is about the life of Pancho, a convicted felon trying to go straight, but he is pulled back into a life of crime to make money with friends Juice (Juicy J) and DJ (DJ Paul). However, in doing so, they collide with Big Pat (Project Pat) and his crew (including Crunchy Black).

Choices: The Album is the fifth studio album by American hip hop group Three 6 Mafia. Released as the soundtrack for the direct-to-video movie, Choices: The Movie. The album was released on October 30, 2001, via Loud, Relativity, and Hypnotize Minds. It is Three 6 Mafia's last release via Loud as Loud was sold off to Sony

The characters change, but the threads that ties the two discs together are the choices: between good and evil, violence and the straight life, and a million others faced by young men on urban streets nationwide. Choices 2 contains both a DVD featuring a movie about a heist gone wrong, and the soundtrack by the members of Three 6 Mafia and guests. The soundtrack matches the stark film, a continuation of the sort of uncompromising underworld spectacle DJ Paul and Juicy J (among others) have cultivated over a slew of records
